Sorry it’s been a while since I’ve posted anything personal. Midterms and projects have been killer. Anywho, here is a worksheet of the yoga moves we have learned in class!
The professor quizzed us on this worksheet before we started Spring Break. I’ve been doing some of these in my spare time, and they’ve really helped me manage my stress :)

Yoga poses that boost energy.
We learned the Bow pose in yoga class this week! The key here is to keep the arms straight. (Think of it as a taught string of an actual archery bow. The tightness of the string determines the shape/bend of the bow.)
Yoga is a lot tougher than I thought it would be… phew!
