Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone!  I love you, gym :)

  • Treadmill (HIIT - 3 mph/6.3 mph): 25 min + 5 min cool down 
  • Stairclimber (levels 11, 12, 13): 25 min + 5 min cool down
  • Tricep extension: 20 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Bicep curl: 15 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Abdominal: 15 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Abdominal crunch: 30 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Leg curl: 20 lbs / 1 set of 20 reps

Today was my first time using the leg curl machine.  Although I had to leave the gym early and couldn’t complete 3 sets, I was glad I gave it a try.  I had no idea my hamstrings were so weak!  That’s the great thing about trying out a new machine — it targets and works muscles you’ve never really worked before (for me, anyway).
