Tried doing planks and squats for the first time — they’re tough!

  • Squats: 10 sets of 10 reps
  • Planks: 1 min x 10 reps

I alternated between the two so as to use my time more effectively.  I hope I’ll stay dedicated and motivated enough to keep this up every night (or every other night, at the very least).
