I forgot to post my last 2 workouts at the gym, but here is today’s:

  • Treadmill (HIIT): 25 min + 5 min cool down
  • Stairclimber: 25 mim + 5 min cool down
  • Tricep extension: 20 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Bicep curl: 20 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Hip adduction: 90 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Hip abduction: 90 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
  • Oblique extension: 10 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps (each side)

Total workout time: 1.75 hrs
