I forgot to post my last 2 workouts at the gym, but here is today’s:
- Treadmill (HIIT): 25 min + 5 min cool down
- Stairclimber: 25 mim + 5 min cool down
- Tricep extension: 20 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
- Bicep curl: 20 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
- Hip adduction: 90 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
- Hip abduction: 90 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
- Oblique extension: 10 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps (each side)
Total workout time: 1.75 hrs
