Went to the gym today :)
Elliptical: 25 min + 5 min cool down
Stair climber: 25 min + 5 min cool down
Abdominal: 15 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
Abdominal crunch: 30 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
Tricep extension: 20 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
Bicep curl: 20 lbs / 3 sets of 20 reps
Total workout: 1.5 hrs
One bad habit that I have is that I neither stretch before nor after. :/ I definitely need to...
